The room was dirty and had black mold in the bathroom. The outside door never worked with the given keys. The security guard / engineer m was extremely rude and nasty. Quiet town that's laid back and not quite as showy as other "Hamptons" towns. Easy drive to Southampton and Bridgehampton, wineries, and Parrish Museum as well as Riverhead Outlets.
