“If you don't request room service, they won't clean your room. Every day, I had to ask them to reactivate my key card so I could get into the room. The pool was closed by the Department of Health. They assigned me a room that hadn't been cleaned since the previous guest checked out. The breakfast was terrible—just coffee and slices of bread. I don't recommend”

Service was okay but a little snarky
Only 2 towels and 2 facecloths for 2 people for 2 days, no extra supplies
No glasses or any flatware. No ice bucket or ice trays in the freezer

“The hotel was clean, clearly recently renovated. Location was convenient, well lit, and appeared safe.
4 stars due to lack of coffee in room and limited breakfast options.
Would definitely stay again if in the area.”
