"This hotel had easily the largest room that we have ever had for a hotel stay, while also being very clean and comfortable. The staff was very accommodating and helped us with any requests, such as helping us with taxis and providing an umbrella for us when we weren't prepared for rain. As for location, you will need to take a taxi from the train station, but everything in the city center is very walkable, making exploration simple. "Location excellent as very near centre. Would have been good to know about the 6 flights of stairs in the property description. A number of minor issues which we notified straight away - to be fair we asked for nobody to fix them while we were there but I took photos on arrival so we wouldn't be accused of anything."

"The property is nice and good value in a great location. The one disappointment is that there was zero communication. Everything was communicated through AI bots. I had messaged to ask if there was a hairdryer before our trip. AI said yes but when we arrived there was no hairdryer. Several messages per day received only AI replies and it was never resolved. Go prepared to have no help when needed."

"This is a 3 unit “hotel” with absolutely no staff on site. The door code for the room they gave me did not work and without roaming on my phone there is no one to ask for the correct code. Since we couldn’t get inside and didn’t want to hope they saw an email in a timely manner we simply left and found somewhere else. While our stay was comfortable and the photos of the rooms are accurate there was no view of anything from any of the rooms which amounts to false advertising.
