No iron available for the guests. I had to ask and insist to the reception to let me iron a couple of shirts. Also, no air condition in the room. The windows were facing the south, so in July in was very hot inside. There was a big fan that helped, though. Nice place for a short stay. The kichenette is very well equipped.

We went to this place because the picture looked really nice and the price appealed to us. However, when we entered the 'studio' it was just a small room for four people where you could barely walk. There was a lot of (we hope) dust on the beds and it overall looked neglected. The check-in was really easy. We didn't see anyone from the property the whole weekend. When we had questions, there was no one at the reception. However, the self check-out was really easy and convenient. Concluding, the photo's are somewhat misleading and the rooms are not really clean and very small. It was okay for our student friend group of four, but we will not come back heren.

Een heel leuk appartement, goede kocatie. Alles loopafstand. Voor het oog alles netjes maar mist net wat puntjes op de i. Wel wat gehorig, ventilatie hoor je de hele nacht en koelkast maakt lawaai. Maar voor een paar nachten prima.

Séjour à Gand -Edville

La réservation et les consignes sont claires et simples à appliquer, l'appartement est plutôt bien situé mais il faut quand mm le vélo pour aller au centre, il est dans un endroit calme mais le voisinage est bruyant et on entend tout ce qui se passe chez les voisins. il y a eu pas mal de bruit de meuble, de personne en soirée en plein milieu de la nuit mais heureusement ca n'a pas réveillé les enfants. Dans l'appartement, il y a tout le nécessaire (liquide vaisselle, éponge, torchon,...), c'est propre et il n'y a pas de TV. Pour le stationnement, nous nous sommes garés devant l'appartement et nous avons payés par demi journée maximum, on ne peut pas payer la journée entière.

Bonito, pero mal aislamiento acústico

Aunque el alojamiento es muy acogedor y bonito, hay un grave problema de aislamiento acústico. Se puede escuchar la conversación de cualquier vecino desde la propia habitación. Y si tienes la mala suerte de tener un grupo de gente haciendo fiesta, el ruido es mayor. Si trabajan el aislamiento, será muy recomendable.

Un hotel muy bien ubicado. Cercano a la estación central, aunque hay que caminar cerca de un kilómetro, pero también muy cercano a la universidad de Gante lo que te permite disfrutar de la vida universitaria de la ciudad y todo lo que ello conlleva (restaurantes, bares, eventos culturales, etc. )

Me pidieron que cancelará mi reserva de forma no oficial obligándome a perder el dinero. Les envié varios mensajes y correos y no contestaron hasta que el mismo día del Check-in me ofrecieron otro estudio cuando ya había reservado otro hotel que tuve que cancelar para finalmente hospedarme en Edville Studio. Posteriormente solicite dejar mi equipaje, servicio que ofrecen bajo demanda, nunca contestaron... Por último solicité una factura y sigo a la espera de respuesta. Por otro lado el apartamento estaba en buenas condiciones, el. Único inconveniente es que hacía muchísima calor al ser un ático sin aire acondicionado pero había un ventilador al menos

Very comfortable, only a little bit noisy

We stayed 4 nights. Very good location, walking distance from the train station and the city centre. Clean, well equipped kitchen, cozy room. Thin walls and door, so you can hear the neighbours. Customer friendly checkin and checkout.

This is basic apartment on the perfect location in Ghent. Walkable distance to the train station, conference center, and downtown with many bars and restaurants. Beds were comfortable. Only bad point is there is no AC, but on the other hand it seems not many days with extreme temperatures. All in all, you cannot beat the price for that location!
