โCame down to Verona for a wedding and the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Check in was listed as 3pm, however the wedding I had to attend was 330pm. I called that morning and they advised me they would do what they can to get me in early. Luckily they called me and I checked in around 12pm so I had time to get ready prior to wedding. The room was spotless and beautiful. The bed was extremely comfortable. If I am ever back in the area I would 110% stay again! Thank you!โ
โThis hotel was very nice. The rooms were very convenient and we had a handicap room for my father who is in a deities and it was nice. Unfortunately the shower was a bit of a problem because water spilled out all over the floor. It was a walk-in shower. The shower needed a lip around it. The hotel staff was very nice and friendly. My parents appreciated the shuttle service that was free to the casino nearby.โ
โDuring the staying in this hotel, I had a good experience. I'm really really saticified with this hotel and I want to recommend this hotel to someone who will visit this town. The room is large and clean, also the bed is very comfortable. The good thing is that the hotel serves the quite nice breakfast and I could always enjoy the free drinks, fruites and cookies. All the staffs were really kind and did their job well.โ
โGreat place to stay
The only problem was that the air conditioning didnโt work. They did offer to have it checked but it was 11pm so we had to deal with it โ
โAs always this is a pleasant hotel to stay at. Staff is great and location to my parents home remains unbeatable. One of the secured entrances didnt unlock when the keycard reader was engaged. That was a bit inconvenient but overall not a buzz killer. โ
โMy granddaughter and I were in town for a show and found your hotel conveniently located and very accommodating. We were given directions and other helpful information by the desk staff. He was very friendly and professional.โ
