"Bed was lumpy, kitchen sink was dripping all night. Shower was interesting with no closing door. Parking was horrible super tight spots my van got scratched, Rude people with pick up trucks takes up 2 spots. Charging $29 a day for parking"

"Staff were 5 star from the door people to the reception to the servers. A very nice clean hotel to stay in however it really doesn’t matter how exceptional a hotel might be if you don’t sleep well. Everyone can agree that they want to feel rested on a vacation I am sure. Unfortunately every time we stay at the Westin at Whistler we don’t sleep well because of the pillows. There are many of them but they are so high that they give us a stiff neck. Since there are so many pillows there should be a variety of soft or firm. I have written to the Westin about this before but it hasn’t changed."

"The location is excellent, close to everything in the village. The room with a loft is good for 3-4 people. The couch has 2 separate single pull out beds. Once the pull out beds are open, there's not much space left in the room. The bathroom has lots of counter space which is a plus."
