“I reserved a rolling bed in the room and it was not set up. Had to ask 3 times before it was finally set up in the room. It was supposed to be set up when we got to our room. There was also a Harvard medical conference when we were there and they took over the hotel. It was loud and made it uncomfortable for other hotel guest. No space to sit in the main lobby area. Conference should be held Away from main lobby area. There were posters everywhere and little space for other guests. Food was not...

“Travelled with a family member and was very happy to find a place near to other family who live in the area. Hotel is clean, bright, modernized. They are about to open a full kitchen adjacent to the very acceptable continental breakfast area which is presently available. Only issue is the creaky floors but they are not more than a bit of a distraction.”
