“This is not the same place it was 10 years ago. Booked through Expedia, check in was stressful because it seemed like they didn’t have all of our rooms but in the end, they did. Our room has 2 very dim lights, we had to go to Lowe’s and buy a lamp and light bulbs. Now, they are double charging me for the rooms. When I call to talk to a live person, I get automatically disconnected”
