“We had a very positive staycation at The Artisan. The front desk staff was wonderful, and our room was clean, comfortable, and a good size. The scavenger hunt was a fun touch for the kids, and there was plenty to keep them interested while exploring the hotel property and the surrounding shops. We also ordered in-room dining from Tuscan Kitchen, which arrived quickly and was quite tasty. Our only real area of feedback relates to the pool experience. We would have loved for the pool bar to open...

“The appearance of the hotel is little bit different but it's never classic nor old fashionable. They dont think guest's convenience. No even any mirror in the room . I asked to the front desk for fixing the blind of the window in my room but they didn't. If they consider the real manner like the photo, they should have fixed it . I felt bad for staying there. I recommend Merriat residency hotel as similar rate in Concord. ”
