"Perfect for family travel! Cannot beat the price for the multi-room space, kitchen, and convenience to Busch Gardens, Water Country, and Colonial Williamsburg. This was our second stay for family of 5. Room interiors may be outdated, but everything is clean and the outdoor space and pools are inviting and beautiful. No sales pitches about time shares on either visit; operates like any other hotel."

"Wi-fi was decent. Room was clean but no microwave. Coffee maker in room. TV nice and big with lots of channels. Pool was nice. Water pressure was weak and water took some time to get hot. Staff was polite. Overall would stay again."

"Individuals at front desk were extremely friendly and professional. Our room was huge (room 201 - suite w/3 beds + 2 bathrooms), clean, and perfect for our family of 5. Blackout blinds were greater and very much appreciated. The free breakfast was okay - nice to have a convenient free option available, but not particularly good (just meh) . But lots of other options nearby so not a big dealz"
