"You will literally be living in a tropical paradise full of natural wonders! Cockatoos will come visit your balcony from the nearby national forest, a warm sea breeze will greet you every day, together with spectacular sunrises, and everything is walking distance! If you’re not feeling like walking though there are FREE shuttles across this island, including the Reef View Hotel, which run every 10 mins and take you most places. It’s clean here, well maintained, very well organised, and great facilities, especially for families. Highly recommend staying here."

"Setting is fabulous, outlook fantastic, food incredible. All restaurant venues quality of food was excellent. Majority of staff were excellent, (Atama a standout). Staff need senior management in all areas as some staff were standing around talking more than serving. (Especially at the main pool area). This is not the young kids fault but lack of investment by upper management to supply and enforce high hospitality standards"

"Our stay at Palm Bay was exceptional. It is simply magical. As Canadians, we pinched ourselves to see if it was real. VERY private location. Small capacity makes it feel very VIP and exclusive. It's a very private getaway with our own 2 bedroom bungalow on the beach. Palm Bay is absolutely a vibe. I'm so glad we opted to stay there rather than the overrun hotel style resorts on some of the neighbouring islands we visiated that have none of the private paradise feel of Palm Bay. It's notably adults only which makes it quiet as there are a mix of honeymooners, couples, and older families. Being able to snorkel out our front door was awesome. The food and drinks were excellent. We're foodies and Palm Bay did not disappoint. The pool was lovely with lots of seating and shade available, and a greag place to enjoy a few beverages. Our 2 bedroom bungalow was lovely. Our only minor note for the entire stay was that the bathrooms could use a bit of a refresh, but that is small potatoes given everything else that Palm Bay has going for it. I do feel like we stumbled upon a "best kept secret" with this resort. We stayed for 5 days/4 nights, and I wish we had stayed longer. We booked an excursion from through the concierge and it was great. 10/10 recommend"

"We recently spent 3 nights at Qualia Resort in early February 2024. The resort was breathtaking! We absolutely loved the staff and our Pavilion was extraordinary! We planned a fantastic excursion to the Great Barrier Reef via helicopter with a brief stop on Whitsunday Island's Whitehaven Beach. The resort has their own helipad. This resort is impeccable in every way and we cannot wait to return!"
