"One of the best hotels over stayed at, it gave serious White Lotus vibes (in a good way) The staff are incredible. All so kind, sweet and caring. The pool areas are amazing. Best I've ever stayed at! The breakfast was amazing! So many different cultures to try their food, I loved it! Ate there every day and never got bored. They had some pretty major renovations going on but It did not impact me at all. The team managing is should get an award as it has been impeccably managed. The construction area is coordinated off with huge beautiful gardens so you would never know and it made the hotel even more beautiful. My only suggestion to get more of my money would be change some of the dining options to be more regular food in the evening. Most of your restaurants were dead and felt too formal and expensive. The pool menu is great during the day but I found it hard to eat anywhere with my kids at night. I had to go to the next hotel door which was a loss for you. I would have happily never left! Thank you for a wonderful stay, I hope to come back!"

"The room was ready for us and the staff so helpful even though we arrived at 1:45AM. Due to flight issues, we missed our first night and it was too late to cancel. The breakfast was wonderful. Lots of fresh choices and fresh made options. Staff was super friendly. The grounds were beautiful. We will return and stay here another time. "

Definitely recommend The Sakala Resort - not only was the place beautiful, it was clean, comfortable and our stay was made the more memorable by the amazing staff! Nothing was ever too hard and they accommodated our every need, they knew what we needed even before we did! Special thank you to the team who worked tirelessly keeping the water at bay after the torrential rains which made the pool overflow. We were not scared at all! Please commend them for us! "Our stay was great, free upgrade to junior suite which was really spacious and comfortable. We had an all-inclusive package which meant everything was seamless and easy. Would definitely stay there again!"

"We enjoyed the range of kids’ activities, services, pools, food options, and the area around the hotel. We did not opt for the all-inclusive dining due to the cost. The buffet breakfast was super & included in the room rate, and it became repetitive after a few days. Overall, my family had a very enjoyable stay and we would recommend the hotel."
