"The Nest Hotel in Nusa Dua is a beautiful hotel with immaculately clean rooms and possibly the biggest bed I have ever seen. The restaurant was superb and the food was excellent. The rooftop pool was also lovely, with a relaxed feel, although there was limited shade available. The biggest standout for me was definitely the staff. Every staff member I dealt with was exceptionally friendly, helpful and welcoming. They were always happy to assist and really made a positive impression during my stay. A few things are worth noting, especially for solo travellers. My balcony was very small, with only one dining chair and no shade. I also found that unless you managed to get a shaded chair around the pool, there were limited places outside the room to sit comfortably and read a book, apart from the lobby or restaurant. The hotel is also a little further from the main Nusa Dua area than I expected. During the day, the free shuttle bus to Bali Collection was helpful, but at night I felt it was too far to comfortably walk back alone, and there were limited options immediately nearby. Overall, it is a lovely hotel with excellent rooms, great food and truly wonderful staff. For me personally, it was just a little too far from the main Nusa Dua area, and I would have liked more shaded outdoor spaces"

The location is wonderful and really nice beach frontage with lovely flat walk into central Nusa Dua. Would definitely recommend this hotel and cant wait to visit again."

You can tell the property is well taken care of, from the gardens to the rooms and common areas—everything felt comfortable, peaceful, and inviting. The staff were one of the best parts of our stay. Everyone was very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Their kindness and attention made the experience even more enjoyable and relaxing. The restaurant at the resort was also very convenient, with good food and a pleasant atmosphere, making it easy to enjoy meals without leaving the property. If you want to explore outside, there are also many restaurants and massage places nearby within walking distance, offering very good food and excellent massages at very reasonable prices. Overall, it was a relaxing and pleasant stay, and we would gladly return again. Highly recommend Novotel Bali Benoa for anyone looking for a clean, beautiful resort with excellent service and a great location."
