"Lovely relaxing trip. You can tell from the pictures it is not the newest, but is very comfortable and I love to stay at Febris. The spa is brilliant - better than any out on the street. The pool is also fantastic. "

"The hotel is very quiet even thought it is located near the legian beach. Just a short walk from the noisy main road. A lots of food choice nearby and Beachwalk mall is of walking distance. The Staffs are very courteous and attentive. Breakfast has a good spread of western and Indonesian foods. Service staff are attentive and even remember our room number after eating there for 3 mornings. The jacuzzi lack maintenance, my foot got struck to the vacuum suction and gotten some abrasion. But staff is kind to ask about my injuries during the breakfast next morning. "

"Our flights got cancelled and needed to stay in Bali for 5 extra days and nights. After three weeks of being at this hotel the hotel tried charging me 3 times the amount per night that I was paying for last three weeks. They did not want to give any discount and were quick saying no. After three weeks and may other things like construction going on no beach to swim at which was important elevator not working for 2 weeks and other things was quite disappointing. Decided to book other hotels for the the extra 5 days as I refuse to stay at Bintang again. To add to it I asked for cancel one night on March 12 as backup and although I contacted multiple people from hotel on WhatsApp none confirmed the cancellation. "

"Had a great stay at this hotel. Great staff thank you. Both pools could always find a lounger’s. Breakfast good enough of a selection. Location good .Checkin and out easy. Had a garden room .Will stay again. "

"Pool was amazing! 5 year old had lots of fun on the waterslides, pools were never crowded, plenty of day beds, option to hire cabana. Room was basic, enough for 2 adults 1 child although tiny balcony no chairs only standing room. Beds were too hard for me personally but husband had no issue. Buffet breakfast very basic. Great location staff very friendly. Did not utilise kids club. "

"The room was very comfortable and a decent size. The bed was excellent and we are very picky as we both have had numerous surgeries. The staff was the most helpful we have ever encountered and we appreciated them."

"I stayed 2 different nights here. The first night (Feb 17) was excellent. I was happy with everything. The 2nd night (Feb 24)was not so great. I was unhappy with my room location as there was construction adjacent and a mosque close by (did not want the 4 a.m. call-to-prayer). I asked for another room and they gave me one near the outdoor bar/pool that had floor and shower vent/drains that smelled of sewer. I had to cover the drain holes with trays and such from the room to alleviate the gross odor. Otherewise the room was great."

"The way lotion and handwash was provided, in small corked bottles, was a bit strange and the free mini bar consistent of pringles and a chocolate bar. But those are very minor details, the staff were great, the breakfast bar was amazing and truly enjoyed the one night I stayed there. I would recommend it. "
