"I was dissatisfied with the service at the front desk I paid for transfers to and from the airport before i left Sydney They booked the wrong time to take us to the airport, and we had to pay our own way abd nearly missed the plane. Still waiting for the refund"

"The hotel is beautifully decorated. We had a very big comfortable bed with lots of pillows. There was one chair in the room with a long desk. We ordered room service (which was very fast), and they provided us with a second chair. I travel with medication that needs to be refrigerated and ice packs that need to be frozen. The room had a small fridge (all we needed) and a small freezer compartnent, perfect for my ice packs. Lastly, they were very helpful with our luggage to and from the room to the shuttle."

"Everything was good. The staff is so pleasant and friendly; the room is very clean and well maintained. It is a very pleasant place to stay. It was my third stay in a period of several years and it is constantly good. I would certainly go back when I come back to Bali."
