"Room is clean daily, staff are very friendly, kind, very accommodating, spa treatments is great, breakfast buffet is good, however, no shuttle service for airport pick up, text messages and phone calls not answered, tv has only 3 English channels (ie: news, documentary and discovery), phone lines not working all the time, but will fix it right away. I still love the place and recommend. "

"Returned for the 4th stay from 13–27 March 2026. However, my hope of witnessing the spectacular and mesmerising Melasti was dashed as it was held at another location instead of below the hotel’s balcony. Nevertheless, I look forward to Nyepi Day (Silence Day), which is a spiritual time to observe reflection and contemplation. Fabulous hotel & FO Ms Putu again prepared a 'Welcome Back' strawberry cheesecake for me, placed in the fridge - what a lovely gesture! At the restaurant, I received exceptional service from the staff, especially Ms Linda, who always remembers my favourite masala tea ❤️ Last but not least, great service recovery from Ms Anita which is heartwarming 🤩 The hospitable and engaging F&B Manager, Mr Wisnu, ensures every day that my meals are satisfying 👍"

"Nice location. Pool has huge potential Service up there needs attention. No pool umbrellas. When I asked for one they said they are all broken. Next day a man asked for one and got one. In house guests paying to play on pool table is a joke. Then it’s 21% tax on top of purchases Another huge joke. Asked for Bintang they had ran out although minimal guests using the bar area. Check in late at night no porter service no welcome at all. Tried to book a spa was told it was closed although online it was open. Just a shoddy place that has huge potential or did have!"
