"Place was just great. Clean and as described. Pool could do with some minor maintenance but we still had a blast. Bedrooms and facilities were clean and even though we didn’t use the cooking facilities everything was there where you could have cooked everyday if you wanted. Main shopping street is within a 5 min walk. Bintang Supermarket is within walking distance. Little cafes and restaurants are also nearby. We would definitely here again."

It maybe coz of traviago is belonging to Expedia but however I found the price is more cheaper than searched in Agoda for around hkd200 per nite. Next time i might not search from trivago. "Fabulous stay. Great food and spacious, clean rooms. Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Laundry service and room service were top notch. If you are a light sleeper or off schedule from the time change avoid the rooms on the south side of the property as there is construction at the property next door. As a solo traveller there weren’t any places to hang out, like a bar, so I spent extra time in my room. Which was fine for me and restorative, but did get lonely. Next time, I’ll bring company. ♥️"

"We had a wonderful stay at the Conrad Bali. Staff go out of their way for you and provide excellent customer service. Our room was lovely and clean was plenty of space. Housekeeping do an amazing job. Breakfast was amazing with lots of variety. During our stay we visited the Suku restaurant, staff here were extremely helpful and special meals were prepared for us. I would like to thank Dewi and Puto for their hospitality in the restaurant. Also a massive thank you to Rani at the front desk for arranging a special treat to celebrate my friend’s birthday. Plenty to do at the hotel with nearby attractions. We also visited the spa who provide a range of services at an extra cost but well worth it. If I ever come back to Bali again then this would definitely be the place to stay again."
