"This was a beautiful place to stay , close to everything in Seminyak , very quiet no street noise. Rooms were clean and comfortable,staff were exceptional! Definitely will stay again. "

"During my recent stay, I noticed that the housekeeping standards were not as thorough as expected for a 5 star hotel.A fruit box left by a previous guest was not cleared from the room during my entire stay, and it remained there until I che cked out. I did not raise it during the stay because I wanted to observe the regular housekeeping standards. In addition there were stains on the shelf andthe iron was dirty. These details affected the overall impression of cleanliness and maintenance. Hopefully, they will take my feedback seriously, and the hotel can review its housekeeping procedures to ensure rooms are checked more carefully for future guests."
