"The Hotel Indigo Bali Seminyak Beach was the best resort that we have ever stayed at. Everything was a step above. The facilities were magnificent, the food was fantastic and the people were the friendliest and most helpful that we have ever experienced. I highly recommend staying at this hotel."

"One of the best hotels over stayed at, it gave serious White Lotus vibes (in a good way) The staff are incredible. All so kind, sweet and caring. The pool areas are amazing. Best I've ever stayed at! The breakfast was amazing! So many different cultures to try their food, I loved it! Ate there every day and never got bored. They had some pretty major renovations going on but It did not impact me at all. The team managing is should get an award as it has been impeccably managed. The construction area is coordinated off with huge beautiful gardens so you would never know and it made the hotel even more beautiful. My only suggestion to get more of my money would be change some of the dining options to be more regular food in the evening. Most of your restaurants were dead and felt too formal and expensive. The pool menu is great during the day but I found it hard to eat anywhere with my kids at night. I had to go to the next hotel door which was a loss for you. I would have happily never left! Thank you for a wonderful stay, I hope to come back!"
