"As pictured, close to shopping, restaurants, Kuta beach. Buffet breakfast was awesome great way to start the day. Hotel is kept in great condition, beautiful pool area with lots of seating both sun and shade. Room was perfect for our family of 4. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend."

"we stayed for 3 nights in a deluxe room. The hotel staff was delightful. There was a seperate concierge for our building - his name was Rian. he was so helpful and welcoming. He always greeting us and giving us towels at the pool and checking if we needed to order food. He made usfeel special. the deluxe rooms didn't have a lot of room for luggage. We had 4 bags plus2 carry on, so it felt a bit cramped, but other than tgat it was great. the fridge was stocked with drinks & snacks that were free. Our balcony overlooked a quite pool. the beach was nice, but because it was windy, there was a lot of rubbish washing up in the water. the breakfast buffet by the beach was amazing! there were so many options.
