Wonderful stay at Four Points by Sheraton. Rooms were lovely, clean and well looked after. Breakfast was varied, so much to choose from and the team in the mornings were amazing, always checking with us to make sure everything was ok, coffee was excellent too! Every team member we met was so friendly and helpful, we couldn't ask for anything more. Location is excellent also to walk to the beach or across to Legian with plenty of restaurants to choose from around the area. Pool areas were really well maintained as was the whole establishment.

Location is great, right in the center of Kuta. Breakfast is amazing and people working in the hotel are all so welcoming they really care about their guests. Special mention to Vanesha that works in the kitchen during breakfast she is really amazing!
