Great location and very friendly staff , close to beach, shops and restaurants. Hotel rooms are kept clean and gardens are nice. Needs some maintenance and up keep as buildimg is ageing but is a great stay for the price .

The staff are wonderful and friendly, the whole atmosphere of the place is relaxing. The pool is great. The only problem I had was that when it rained we had water leaking in our bathroom.

The cottage is in a convenient location, walking distance to many restaurants and a mall. The staff was pleasant but there are a few things I wasn't a fan of. They do not have elevators so be prepared to carry your luggage up some flights of stairs, the bottom rooms doors are not very secure. They can be open a good amount even if locked and there is always a crack in the door for bugs to get through. They do not have wash clothes, a blow dryer or conditioner.

Nice and comfortable

The staff were more than helpful, from start to finish. Nothing was an issue, even when we had to change rooms as we forgot tobook an extra night. They moved our luggage, and even made up the room to celbrate my husbands 50th birthday surprise.

Good service with lovely people and a great location for walkability. The pool was great and we loved the food. However, the bathrooms in each room smelled horrendous and were very old and terrible quality, with water even leaking from the toilet flush and racks falling out of the wall! There was also water damage/mould on the ceiling, handles falling out of doors and poor airconditioning. Thus, I doubt I'd stay again due to the major need for upgrades!

Property was great in all aspects barring the rooms themselves unfortunately. AC was a constant issue in a multitude of rooms during our stay, breaking down and having to be moved on multiple occasions. Bathrooms all need an upgrade, they are dates beyond belief and smell to high heaven with possibly sewerage issues in some.

Het complex is redelijk verouderd maar nog wel in goede staat. Het meubilair in de kamer was erg vet. Overigens wel schoon. Persoonlijk is erg vriendelijk. De tuin is erg mooi en goed onderhouden. Het onbijt is erg simpel en vet. Het zwembadwater was vies. De ligging is wel erg goed.

I love this hotel. I first stayed at Satriya cottages in the early 2000s and have enjoyed many stays since. I particularly like the staff; always friendly and helpful. The hotel is well maintained with a lovely pool and the food is good. A quiet oasis in a very busy part of Kuta. Highly recommended.

The location is great for this hotel, right in the middle of everything, has its perks for sure in that regard, the hotel however in some parts is a bit rougher, it didn't bother me much but just little things like a flickering light, minor mould on curtains (it's the tropics, this is to be expected in small bits) doors that don't line up, toilet also played up, the staff are mostly very friendly and nice, generally all good people that we encountered, good breakfast buffet service every morning too, swim up pool bar in the main area and a more private pool down in the newer section (my room was in this section, I'm unsure of condition of the front main area rooms) a decent hotel that isn't too expensive overall
