"Everything was great. Property, rooms, location and people. One thing that kind of annoyed me, and it doesn’t change the rating is on multiple occasions while my wife and I were having breakfast, employees would stop by to see if everything was good and if we needed anything. One person in particular, two days in a row stopped by and asked question after question to the point of being irritating. I think she was just trying to do her job but needs to dial it back."

"The food was AMAZING. The staff are friendly and engaging. The rooms are huge, with private balconies. It’s a quiet and away from the hussle and bustle. There are other bars and restaurants in the street with a fantastic coffee shop about 200metres down the road towards the beach. Lovely relaxing holiday. Thank you La Joya"

"The room was absolutely gorgeous and so romantic. Everything was so high quality and sustainable and locally sourced. The staff were incredible! So friendly and so helpful. The food was out of this world. The view by the pool was amazing. Absolutely loved this place… wish we could stay here again. Also the secret beach right next to the hotel was our favorite beach in Bali. The food at the restaurant was the best… we didn’t realize they served dinner initially and I had my birthday dinner at a different highly rated nearby restaurant and it was … not good. The food here was fantastic every time. I can’t rave enough about the bathroom … so gorgeous."

"Amazing private pool with spa. Loved the privacy of our villa and pool, and room service. The food in the restaurant was not great when you eat at the restaurant - eat off site for breakfast (the breakfast buffet is flavourless) or order to your room. Great restaurant close by."

"This is a must stay resort! Everything was perfect from their airport transfer to checking in (we had a late check in at 11pm, was so smooth). The rooms are beautiful and so quiet, if you are looking for quiet and no construction noise this is your place! The food was great and it was so easy to get around to all the different restaurants and pools within the resort. Everything was easy to book via the app, the activities are a must and the spa is amazing!"
