Had to pay for parking each night. Room was dated. No full English paid between £7-£9 pound for breakfast to find out that in the mornings it would be a toasties coffee and fruit to take away. The restaurant was only Indian food and empty and closed most of time. They did not say on website there is no bar. When we arrived they said it was a dry bar no alcohol! Would not book here again! Asked for wine glass got told we don’t usually hand out in case we steal it! Eventually they gave me a glass. Had to go out for food morning day and night. This place needs shutting down.

Although the hotel was nice, we had a super king bed which was our we like it, breakfast was crap and the shower pretty much didn’t even run very low pressure. And you have to pay for park which is £2.50.

Staff were courteous and super helpful and efficient. The Indian restaurant was superb. The hotel cleanliness left a bit to be desired in terms of the exterior which wasn’t swept, with cigarette butts all around and rubbish not picked up. I changed rooms because the one I was given was not clean. It could be so nice with just a few details taken care of.

The staff were quite helpful and the on site restaurant (Bazzaan) Manager was really good at making guests feel comfortable. Food from the restaurant was also fantastic. I would recommend a stay.

Excellent hotel to experience!

The room was spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The bathroom had high-end toiletries. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We enjoyed the delicious and freshly made food at the hotel restaurant.

Desk staff were friendly. Room was tidy but needed freshening ie paint, stains on the chair. Bed was hard which hubby liked but I didn’t. We were woken up at 3 am with shouting outside. Then again at 7 with what sounded like a washing machine next to our room. Couldn’t get back to sleep. It did the job of somewhere to stay for the night but we won’t be returning.
