Channels Hotel is located at a quiet area and the rooms are very nice. This time my room was at the end of building near to country road, which generated some noise. The breakfast is delicious and good variety.

Room was nice but in need of update, bed base was ripped and cushions were stale and in need of a wash. It was good to have a fully stocked fridge Bathroom was lovely and a good size. Breakfast was good but disappointing to have to pay for fresh coffee. The coffee in the table flasks was not the best. Overall hotel is nice and I have stayed here many times but could do with a few tweaks here and there.

Staff went above and beyond, we stayed in the Pine and it was very big, very dog friendly, clean, breakfast was delicious and we were allowed to take it away to our room, shower hot and spacious, would highly recommend and stay again!

Lovely place that I didn't know existed. Very welcoming staff, large comfortable room and well appointed bathroom, The adjacent cafe was great and the staff lovely. Nice hotel in general although the shower this time was tiny, felt like I was in a cupboard. Poor WiFi and disappointed that the bar closed at 10pm, I appreciate it dues not belong to the hotel but you think they would have an agreement as 99% of hotel clients use it. Staff were excellent and breakfast was very good

Fabulous resort style hotel.

Booked on a recommendation from a local venue and it didn’t disappoint all rooms are in lodges with a cafe/bistro on site. We had breakfast and dinner which were both freshly cooked and excellent.
