"Excellent reception experience. The young lady was so very helpful and caring. I am 75 and she was so patient. The only downside is £1.90 for soda water. Most pubs charge 0 or a nominal amount. This is a hotel and there was the service of the water but the profit margin must be enormous and I admit ..."
