“The site is undergoing major upgrades and is about to close for a couple of months to allow this to happen. So allowing for that, we had a brilliant time. Understandably some things were not available or restricted, due to the works, but what we had we enjoyed. “Clean and quiet hotel lots of parking .. arrived late so missed dinner so only downside was no real bar meals or snacks ”

“Not so good this time only because I was put on first floor and lift not work , Visit Before I was ground floor , I have weak legs so not good to use stairs with luggage . ”

“Booked in advance so good value. Plenty of free parking; registration plate is required with check-in. The man on reception was efficient and friendly. Hallway to room was clean and smelt fresh. Room had desk, two chairs, storage/hanging space, TV, was clean, neat and tidy with comfortable beds. A kettle with coffee tea facilities were provided. Shower was all good but the loose toilet roll holder was annoying. It’s in services so some food/drink facilities available. Less than 10 minute drive...

“Wow what a lovely property and hotel. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly, I highly recommend if you ever need to stay in Brentwood Essex. We got a nice room upgrade too which was fantastic. Had lunch in the lounge on Sunday too which was delicious. ”
