“The staff were very helpful from the moment I arrived. I needed to book an additional night and thought that might mean a different room for two nights as Expedia said they couldn’t do at their end. They were very accommodating and gave me a room upgrade which was lovely. They carried my luggage to my room. Breakfast was amazing. Servers were friendly. The front desk agent arranged transportation for me when I left. A very pleasant stay. ”

“The site is undergoing major upgrades and is about to close for a couple of months to allow this to happen. So allowing for that, we had a brilliant time. Understandably some things were not available or restricted, due to the works, but what we had we enjoyed. The accommodation was clean and comfortable, the food and drink was wonderful and the staff were out of this world. They all made our stay. Friendly, helpful, accommodating and entertaining.
