"The stay was very good . Rooms were very spacious . Hall ,2 bedrooms, kitchen , dining and balcony . But only one bathroom and that too with poor drainage. The only issue was about the kitchen sink and bathroom tub drainage . Water was not going through only it got accumulating. We did mail to the property manager but were disappointed by them for not taking timely action. "

What I liked • Excellent and friendly staff • Great breakfast with very good quality bakery items • Walking distance to Kloten railway station • Excellent connectivity to Zurich Airport and Zürich HB • Comfortable bedding • Clean and tidy environment • Spacious rooms Why not 5-star • No air conditioning in room which may affect comfort in warmer weather • Room décor feels a bit simple • Restaurant closes relatively early which limits late dining options Overall A reliable and comfortable hotel, particularly suitable for travellers looking for convenient airport access and good transport connections.
