“We only stayed here for one night and due to circumstances beyond our control, we did not arrive there until 10.30pm. This was a shame as the hotel was really lovely. Front desk staff were welcoming, the room was splendid, large, clean and a very comfortable bed with plenty of pillows. Even had 2 chairs to sit on, when so many hotels only supply one. We would have liked to have stayed longer with them but had to move on. If we are ever in the area again, we will certainly spend time there.”

“My room was tiny, with poor ventilation, and there was no air conditioning. Despite extreme heat, the staff was unsympathetic and disinterested. Very poor customer service, overpriced, and not as advertised.”

“The room is spacious with great amenities. Beautiful bathroom - modern and spacious as well. Free street side parking was helpful. Location was perfect with an unobstructed view of the ocean. Delicious breakfast”

“The hotel was well located good car park, sports facilities and saunas available. I did not use food was very good in the restaurant. Breakfast was also good.”

“The Vero was excellent and this despite the renovations currently underway. The staff worked around this disruption to provide excellent assistance at helping us and providing for our comfort. The Irish breakfast were excellent and of high quality. Without hesitation we would stay at the Vero in our future travels.”
