I had a slight issue with my card but the staff were very patient and courteous. Barfood was lovely, coffee area at reception is great and we loved the snug bar. Decor and vibes are what strikes you first but it's the staff that make the difference. Will definitely be back.”

A construction worker walked right into our locked room without knocking in the morning, unannounced. When we opened the door the whole section of our floor was under renovation.
