"Some employees were quite helpful. Others, like one at the reception told me “we do not provide that service” when i requested a fan in my room. He refused to take it to my room and instead pointed at a fan and said you can take that one. There is no A/C in any of the rooms, which isn’t nice when you’re in 36 C heat with humidity. There also is no fridge in the room, which means only the hotel cafe had drinks. In a town where almost everything is closed early, i think there should be minimum a...
