"This place is amazing. Very friendly staff, great food, ski in & ski out. You truly feel like you’re on vacation here. Just watch out for the access road in the winter. It snows very often since the hotel is so high in altitude and the road is a long steep incline with sharp turns. If it’s winter time it’s a good idea to have chains for the tires. Overall loved the stay, my favorite part of the trip "

Special mention to staff, they are incredibly friendly and helpful with anything. The breakfast is awesome! Location is in village so great to walk around and go for dinner. "You had to make reservations to eat, including breakfast. That is very hard to do and inconvenient when you are traveling in on vacation. We were told that we could grab food and bring it back to our rooms if we wanted. There was no daily room cleanup service. When my husband went to go pick up dinner to bring it back to the room the restaurant was empty, and when he went to go sit at one of the tables to wait for the food to be prepared, since there was not a phone number to call and order the food, he was told he could not sit. We thought that was pretty weird. Outside of that with a short drive you were dear many things. We were there in summer, so not a lot going on at our resort and the surrounding area you would have to go to the next village over for most things."
