"Parking should not cost if the hotel is not located downtown. We had air condition issues 3 out of 4 days of our stay. Housekeeping was missed on our last day. I had to request towels and trash removal at 3pm. Stains on walls and carpets, poor upkeep of the hotel. It’s not Hilton standards. Fire alarm went 4am of the morning we were leaving with no explanation. The in room coffee should be cleaned after every check out. I ran plain water the coffee maker and it was disgusting. I ran the coffee maker twice before it ran clear."

"Large property with two restaurants on site. Affordable with no issues. Good for a night stay. Not in the most desirable area, but it worked. The stand out was the staff at the breakfast buffet. Be prepared to be treated like you are in a 5 star hotel. I don’t think I’ve ever been treated better dining or otherwise. "

"We stayed in a king studio suite. You can tell it has been recently renovated. We only stayed one night but the room was well equipped for extended stays. The room includes a very nice desk with casework, a smaller two-to-three-person sofa (including a modern styled foot rest), a comfortable king sized bed, plenty of head-level lamp lighting fixtures, a sufficient count of well-located electrical outlets, a large closet storage space (with an ironing board), full kitchenette (included a basic dish set and cookware, two-burner electric stove, seemingly new microwave, 10-12 cubic-foot refrigerator, kitchen water fixture, full sized dishwasher, etc.), a pretty new flat screen tv, and a clean bathroom. If I had to guess, the bathroom plumbing fixtures didn’t make the budget for renovation plans, but they were clean and problem-free (just not new). "
