We had a little problem upon arrival (AC unit broken) which was resolved right away by the General Manager who gave us another room and even carried our luggage, apologizing for the inconvenience. Everything was very clean, the staff helpful, and breakfast was excellent! Highly recommend!

Property was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Stay was noisy in the night and early morning, but this was due to inconsiderate guests, not the fault of the hotel.

I want to thank Athena for her warm welcome to the property. She was very helpful. She recommended pizza from Marcos pizza. When the pizza arrived the delivery driver didn't want to come to the room. Athena tried calling me but had no luck. She delivered it for me :) my son had fun swimming and we had breakfast before we left. Only one night, but would definitely stay again. Thank you
