Bett quietscht, der Stuhl wackelt bedenklich. Das Badezimmer wirkt wie eine Baustelle. Nur Vermieten ohne Wartung ist kein professionelles Verhalten.

Ich bin bei der Unterkunft angekommen und habe da das böse Erwachen nach gehabt diese Unterkunft hat in Oldenburg auch in einem Block Zimmer da bin ich überhaupt nicht reingekommen und bekomme mein Geld heute noch nicht zurück. Das war die Zeit 19 Februar und 20 Februar dieses Jahr. gebucht über booking.Diese Unterkunft jetzt in wilhelmshaven der Eingang war auch schwer zu finden und dann die Sache mit dieser PIN Nummer. Gut war es dass ein Mitbewohner kam und mir dabei geholfen hat aber ich konnte mein Zimmer noch nicht nutzen weil da noch sauber gemacht wurde ich wollte 15 Uhr einchecken das so dann nicht ging dann das Zimmer war nicht sauber die Matratze war verfleckt keine nachttischlampe und denen ihre Hotline hat mich nicht zurückgerufen wo ich eigentlich Freitag Hilfe gebraucht hätte wegen dieser pin Nummer. Dann ging mitten in der Nacht die Tür auf auch tagsüber wie ich wieder kam war die Tür offen irgendwie hat sie sich selbst geöffnet ganz komisch den Schlüssel bekam man auch noch schlecht in das Schloss. In der Küche war noch Gesch irr dass mir im Lied Weg lag von den Vorgänger wahrscheinlich der wasserkocher war auch ganz verdreckt und verkalkt. Der Mülleimer auf mein Zimmer war auch kaputt und sehr dreckig. Ich würde niemanden dieses Zimmer nicht weiterempfehlen und man liest überall von dieser Unterkunft eine schlechte Bewertung

Der Fussboden war dreckig, Bettdecke war mit Blut , Fensterbank war nicht sauber da waren Spinnengewebe, Kissen, Decke waren nass in Ankunft und hatte das Problem mit dem Tür, der Pin Code hat am Eingang nicht funktioniert musste den anderen Eingang nehmen da hat es reibungslos funktioniert. Personal war nicht erreichbar Hotel Zimmer war schrecklich und hat gestunken, Fenster war die ganze Zeit über offen.
