We loved the customer service at the Shangri-La. Our room was understandably not ready when we arrived at 9am but they suggested we freshen up in the gym change room. Rooms are old but the views were really good!. Air conditioning could be lowered to what you want which is great for awful summer days. Staff were friendly and there were options for dining and room service. Parking was very limited and there are no guarantee you will get one. Location is very close ...
