"Friendly and helpful from start to finish. I would have given all 5 stars throughout if my room had been tidied up each day with new towels every day and beds made. I’ve never ever stayed at a motel before where used towels and cloths are left and new clean ones were not delivered each day. Everything was kept clean, and not making beds would have been acceptable, but not delivering clean towels/cloths each day and not emptying garbage cans is unacceptable. I had to ask for new towels every time...

"Not at all handicap accessible. Nonsmoking room reeked of smoke and bed linens had burn holes. Room under construction and not finished. Lights missing. Hotel staff unavailable at night. They wanted to charge a dollar for a second room key. Two sets of towels for 4 people. No breakfast offered. No parking spaces available in the immediate area, as there were piles of construction materials in several parking spots. Hotel employee (manager) became agitated and called police when my wife grazed...

"As you walk in it was SOO cold instantly frozen the front desk was unattended called the number they put on the paper. they sent some guy out that was ONLY worried about WiFi doors was chained up 12 minutes of standing n waiting still didn't receive help or any info about the room I prepaid for "
