“The two women behind the counter at checkin were unfriendly and sullen making checkin uncomfortable. The coughing child in the office behind the desk (at about midnight) sounded very ill. When asked about it, the one staff person was very abrupt and apparently offended and said the cough was just allergies. We have stayed here in the past had good memories of then stay, but after this rude experience, we likely will not stay there again.”

“The hotel was clean, and the staff were very nice . However, I reserved a wheelchair accessible room, even called to confirm the room. But when I arrived they did not have a wheelchair accessible room for me. The bathroom was not accessible in any way. So the room was a challenge for me.”

“They had cockroaches crawling on the bed and walls I checked out Saturday night cause I was gone all day and came back and seen them crawling and I was furious it was a very bad experience and they didn’t even make the bed while we were gone ”

“My husband and I use this hotel as a getaway from our busy lives. The rooms are dark, cool, and so quiet. You can’t ask for a friendlier and more professional staff. We have stayed in hotels in several states and this is one of the most professional establishments we’ve stayed in.
