Good price, terrible service.

Nice location, great breakfast, good price. We hade to switch rooms three times. First one due to heavy cigarette smell in the carpets and walls. Second room hadn't been cleaned with dirty dishes and no new linens and towels. Third room we got we stayed it too hadn't had the beds made. The rooms are nice but the service and willingness to remedy the terrible check in procedure by the staff was the worst I've ever encountered. Loud sighs and stating "this is not my job". It sure as h e double l isn't the customer's job to make the beds or do the dishes. Other than that, good stay. But the initial welcome kind of soured the whole stay.

Hat alles gepasst, Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück lecker und gute Auswahl. Die Bar mit dem netten Barkeeper auch sehr zu empfehlen. Das einzige kleine Manko zur Talseite wuchert das Unkraut. Sieht optisch etwas ungepflegt aus, wenn mal Zimmer mitTalblick hat.

Preis / Leistung ist hier Top. Wir waren als Mannschaft zur Abschlussfahrt in willingen. Man muss zwar mit dem Taxi in die City (17-25€/ein Weg) aber dafür konnte man abschalten wenn man wollte und auf entspannt machen. Sofern die Kollegen einen gelassen haben😅 Frühstück war auch völlig ausreichend und bestimmt für jeden Geschmack was dabei.

Das Frühstück war genau richtig, für jeden etwas dabei. Das Personal zum Frühstück sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Die Tische immer wieder hergerichtet. Das Personal am Abend in der Bar auch sehr freundliche und angenehm. Alles in allem Perfekt 👌 ABER DIE FENSTER KATASTROPHE IM HOTEL sie lassen sehr zu wünschen übrig, die haben im letzten halben Jahr sicher keinen Fensterputzer gesehen, obwohl ich ganz in der Nähe Werbung am Auto gesehen habe die das genauso für Gastronomie und Hotel anbieten.

Super fint hotel og god base for vores vores sommerferie. Personalet var virkelig flinke og serviceminded. Værelserne har en super fin indretning til to voksne og to børn. Standen på værelserne trækker dog ned på det samlede indtryk. De trænger mildt sagt til en kærlig omgang. Vi havde halvpension og det var over forventning. Særligt aftensmaden var virkelig god og varieret. Jeg vil til enhver tid anbefale at tage det med. Morgenmaden var som forventet, men bestemt ikke dårlig. God kaffe, bacon og æg, brød, ost, pålæg og frugt. Det man forventer. Der er dog noget larmende i restauranten, særligt når der er mange børnefamilier til stede, hvilket man ikke kan klandre hotellet for. Vi spiste der søndag aften, hvor det var larmende, mens der mandag og tirsdag var et helt andet lydniveau. Poolen og wellness-området er et fint lille plus - og virkelig dejligt at benytte efter en lang dag på pisterne. Det er ikke stort, men der var flere saunaer. Hotellet ligger med 10 minutters kørsel til Willingen og 30 minutter til Winterberg. Det kræver derfor bil. Heldigvis er der en stor parkeringsplads bag hotellet, hvor der altid var masser af ledige pladser. Der var ikke ski-opbevaring eller støvleskabe på hotellet, men vi klarede os uden. Hotellet er et tre-stjernet hotel. Lidt slidt, men i forhold til value for money og mine egne forventninger, så lander vi på 4 stjerner. Vi kommer meget gerne igen.

Prima verblijf gehad voor een lang weekend. Kamer was schoon, prima ontbijt, heerlijk zwembadje en sauna’s. We genoten van half pension, het avond buffet was prima, wat je kan verwachten voor deze prijs. We hadden een familiekamer, de kinderen sliepen in een aparte slaapkamertje met gordijn ervoor ipv een deur, helemaal prima.

Das Zimmer war zwar geräumig und sauber, aber wich deutlich von der Webside Abbildung ab. Wir hatten Zimmer 318, war das wirklich Superior Ostertalblick? Keine große Fensterfront, sondern Dachausschnitt und Dachschräge, keine 2 Sofa Sitzecke, sondern nur eines. Dafür Retroküchenecke, kein Schreibtisch, d.h. konträr der erwarteten Angaben. Leider trübte der antiautoritäre Erziehungsstil einiger Familien deutlich den Wohlfühlcharakter des Hotels, sei es im Restaurant, wie auch im Pool, Sauna- und Wellnessbereich. Überall Kinderlärm und auf Socken, kreischende, oft in Scharen unbeabsichtigte Kinder bis spätabends . Das Pool haben wir daher gar nicht genutzt. Selbst in der Sauna war das Getöse unüberhörbar, an Entspannung nicht zu denken. Hier wünschten wir uns ein deutliches Durchgreifen des Personals. So haben wir uns wie auf Kinderfreizeit und fehl am Platz gefühlt. Das ist so schade, war doch die Küche und grade das Abendbuffet sehr gut. Gerade die Köche und das Servicepersonal, wie auch die Gäste ohne Kleinkinder hätten mehr Respekt verdient. Daher wenigstens von uns ein großer Dank an den Koch für sein hervorragendes Essen und dass er sich um unseren an Zöliakie erkranken Sohn vorbildlich und professionell gekümmert hat. So war glutenfreies Essen für ihn an den 4 Tagen kein Problem. Aufgrund der unruhigen Atmosphäre werden wir aber leider nicht mehr in das H+ Hotel Willingen kommen.

Gut & günstig mit erstaunlich angenehnen Scheimmbad & Wellnessbereich ! Die Zimmer waren sauber aber schon in die Jahre gekommen - hier fehlt es ein bisschen an modernem Flair ! Größtes Manko war das Essen, Frühstück war ok aber das Abendbuffet merkte man deutlich dad "low budget" an - hier noch ein wenig mehr Qualität der Produkte und alles wäre tip !!!

Das Hotel ist wohl bemüht es auch Familien recht zu machen, das sieht man am Restaurant, der Bar und dem Pool, aber das Zimmer… naja. Die Couch war so „verwohnt“, dass man ein Laken darüber gelegt hat, wenn ich Zeitung über Mist lege, ist der Mist aber auch nicht verschwunden. Das Bad ist für ein „Familienzimmer“ sehr klein gewesen, 4 Leute und ein Mini-Bad, da kann man sich denken, was es für ein Stress war. Viele Dinge bekam man auch nur per Pfand ausgehändigt, da will man auch nicht wissen, welche Erfahrungen man in dem Hotel mit den Gästen gemacht hat. Bitte gerne auch mal die Zimmer renovieren. Für den Preis war das alles nämlich wenig angemessen.

Da fahre ich bestimmt nicht mehr hin !!!

Bei dem Gesamteindruck von außen wäre ich am liebsten weiter gefahren . Zimmer sehr spartanisch ( Alter Teppichboden) Fensterscheiben total dreckig,Balkon voll mit Moos und Dreck,Fernbedienung TV klebrig und dreckig . Bei Verzicht auf die tägliche Zimmerreinigung erhält man an der Rezeption einen 5 Euro Gutschein zum Verzehr im Hotel ( lächerlich)

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sauber und funktional. Betten waren eher hart und nicht sehr bequem, insbesondere die Kopfkissen. Zimmertüren waren häufig nicht richtig zu, sodass die von außen wieder geöffnet werden könnten. Handtücher auch eher klein und dünn. Bademantel gegen Aufpreis verfügbar. Frühstück und Abendessenbuffet ist eher einfach, aber hat geschmeckt.
