“Stayed at Hotel 39 for my weekend in MoBay. The ocean view room didnt disappoint.The breakfast was included and was pretty good. The servers were polite and always checking on you. I had a manicure done there and the service was great. Left my phone charger and they kept it for me until I left the island the following week. I was so appreciative. Walking distance to Margaritaville Club 2727 and Pork Pit. Hubby and I will definitely return.”

“I booked the hotel for colleagues.. Upon passing by the hotel in route to somewhere else, prior to check in time, we could not believe the hotel was even open. The property was extremely unclean, piles of trash, abandoned vehicles etc. I could not let our guests stay there. WE NEVER CHECKED IN. I do not recommend staying at this hotel until they clean up the property.”

“I loved every part of this uniquely styled bed & breakfast stay. This was in a very secluded and safe neighborhood, the people in the area all seemed like they were middle to upper class citizens, and that I loved about the area. The food that was prepared for us was so delightful and healthy that I literally had seconds. Also the communication between the host and myself was quick and responsive. I loved everything about this villa.”

“The room was very clean, however the rooms are located in a very local shopping mall with lots of loitering outside, very noisy, no windows so felt claustrophobic. The outside was dirty , crowded and noisy I did not feel safe enough to stay there so I left.”

“Property is listed as a resort. It's not. They are rundown apartments renting as short term rentals. The apartment I was assigned badly needed up dating.. The place was stuck in the 1970s. All the furniture was old and looks like 'side walk"'trash from the 70s. The stove was the old coiled electric stove. The space wasn't designed properly. “This is a hidden f close to the airport. I really enjoy the stay it had a nice big bed and was clean. The bathroom was a bit small but not inconvenient. I like that my room was facing the criteria pool they have. Now they I found this place I will be back”

Even the poor must be honest and advertise as so.”
