“No staff to be seen”

“I had a terrible experience in room 6. There was no staff in sight as at 07:30pm, I couldn't not access the property for an hour because the code was not correct, police came to make arrest from the property. A guest that came to get delivery then gave me a number to ring inside the house I was about leaving before someone rang me and sent me the code after one hour of standing outside. The room had no window, no fan, no hand-wash in the toilet I didn't find the bathroom easily either the...
