Overall, not a bad place but the Staff was non existent and its always helpful to have someone to assist you when you're in a new place. Check in was not as smooth as it should have been, and the overall cleanliness left something to be desired. 3.5 stars overall.

Best Western Plus Keene Hotel
The room was not clean. There was a big spill of some kind of oil on the nightstand. Really gross!!!
