The location and ocean were nice. It was very quiet except for the sounds of the ocean and you didn't know if guests were next door or in the hall. The towels, yes the towels, were very absorbant and soaked up the water on your skin. There is NO BEACH !! NOT A BEACHFRONT PROPERTY!! Beach is washed away!!

Staying at The Ritz-Carlton Waikiki was an experience I just have to share. Honestly, it was the customer service that blew me away – it's like they've set a whole new standard. Imagine rating them 100 out of 10; that's how good they were. When our bidet had an issue, they had it replaced in less than 30 minutes. Needed a remote? Boom, delivered in 30 minutes as well. The valet parking wasn't just convenient, it was lightning fast. But, let me tell you, the real MVPs of our stay were the staff....

Enjoyed our time here. We enjoyed that it was walking distance to many things however parking was very expensive.

They treated us like royalty. Private, beautiful, wish we could have stayed longer. The way the resort is set up its as though the beach is private, even though all public beaches in Hawaii are public. All of the staff knew my name, even those I hadn't talked to. All of the staff was great. The manager of Hoku's was the best.

The beds we comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful. I didn't like that the bathroom had barely any counter space for my stuff and the only plug was on the far side of the toilet. Had to place my toothbrush on the toilet tank and hair dryer cord barely reached the mirror to see what your doing.

We really enjoyed the security, you can’t use the elevator if you don’t scan your card first. We also stayed in a club room, and we ate breakfast everyday. The breakfast is pretty simple but it’s great if you don’t want to go over a budget. The club area also has happy hour everyday which we took advantage of since all drink were included! Duke's and Hula Grill are located here and are similar restaurants. They have stores located on the lower level and everything is walkable from the hotel...

Amazing amazing amazing! The hotel is located right next door to Hilton Hawaiian Village. The unit and lanai is huge and includes a large room with king bed and full living room. Kitchen has sink fridge stove/oven and lots of appliances. We got the ocean view facing the Hilton and could see diamond head and the lagoon. The other sides either face the marina or the city. Trip to Honolulu, HI. We had already paid in advance for our entire stay. But, out of the blue my card on file was charged again for a week stay. No one contacted me. We found out when we tried to place a charge to my card and it was declined. We were so embarrassed b/c we knew how much we had in our account for this trip. The manager on duty offered 50% off on a second meal, and a free meal. Please…a week stay was charged to our card when we had paid that week stay in advance…well over $1800...

Simple with nice touches but too expensive.

I believe this was one of the best experiences ever, when it came to the service, and resort!! Everything was above and beyond!!
