“Checking in was fast and staff was friendly. Room smelled of smoke, carpet needed vacuumed, towels and sheets had stains, found 3 live roaches on shower curtain. Quit room as not many patrons.”

“Great front desk team especially Judy, she is really knowledgeable with the front desk and guest service experience! I will always stay here for the warmth and professionalism of the GSR team, I also want to recognize Linda and David great hospitality team! ”

“The room was very dirty. The bed had hair in it, the tub was dirty with hair all through it and the ceiling was coming off. It served the purpose for this trip but won’t be staying here again. I would not recommend. I guess you get what you pay for. ”
