Mayflower Wis dells.

My Girlfriend and I stayed at the Mayflower recently and loved it. We stayed in a suite that had our own privet entrence and pourch. We have no complants other then we could not hook up to the internet and the room had a VHS play not a DVD player. Other then that, it was close to everything, easy to leave and return the room, close to the pool and a walk to Noahs Ark.

Will be back next year!!

I really like the hotel because it is in a great location and the room was perfect for us. It is an older hotel so I didn't expect it to be a Hilton, but I will go back next year for sure!! If my family is happy staying there, than I am too! Maybe not the cleaniest hotel, but we still like it.

"Nice place to stay"

It's a nice place. Lots of pools!!! The furnature needs updates. This includes the beds. Also the bathroom could use a makeover. The loft window woke my 14 month up as soon as the sun came up too. But overall it was nice for a few day family vacation stay.

Time to renovate

Carpets are very stained and dirty. Overall cleanliness has a lot to be desired. We stayed at this place more than 10 years ago and I don't think they've updated a thing. The mattress on the sofa sleeper was not fit to sleep on. Enjoyed the pool.

The Dumpy Mayflower in the Dells

When we got into our room it was very musty smelling. The smoke alarm was off the wall on the tv with the battery out of it. There were cobwebs everywhere and the toliet was dirty. Next time, I'll pay for a nicer place that isn't dirty and nasty smelling!!

Great for Noah's Ark Fans

Great location. Best part of this hotel is that it had Noah's Ark tickets for $20. Staff was friendly. Beds are not comfortable, sheets are awful and don't fit the mattress. Room was pretty clean, but not great. No hair dryer and towels were small and rough. Overall, I would stay here again for the deal on the Noah's Ark tickets. Staff was friendly and the price was right. It's what you expect for an older hotel that hasn't been remodeled.

Great for large family

we have a large family so the family loft room was great for us. The upstairs gave the kids some privacy and a place to play. They loved having their own space. The motel was outdated but worth what we paid for it. We wanted to save our money and spend it on the dells, not on the place we were going to sleep. Overall the motel was amazing, 4 pools kept us busy when we left the waterpark and other activities. Great location!

The carpet in the hallway is old and stained, The halls reek of chlorine , Bedding are so old and faded.. I wasn't sure if I was still in America or another world sorry but it was that bad

Great location, minor concerns.

My buddy and I needed a place to stay after completing the Tough Mudder in Wisconsin. This place was in our price range, and it was not dirty like some other reviews made it out to be. The ice machine does cost 25 cents, and even then, it did not spit out any ice, and the out of order light wasn't even on. Also, at around 3am there was a crazy alarm going off in our room, do not know what for. If that happens, just open the door to your room and close it, that should do the trick. Other than that though the place was pretty cool, had a pool and hot tub, and it is right in the middle of the craziness that is the Dells.

NO SLEEP!

I just came home from the worst weekend at staying at the Mayflower Motel in Wi. Dells!! Both nights I had NO SLEEP....parties of drinking, prostitution, noise that kept my cousin & I awake and scared all night! Please do not take a family to this motel... I am receiving a refund for our stay for both nights.

Needs updating, but clean

Stayed at the Mayflower 3 nights with my spouse and teenage kids (13 and 17). The hotel was quite dated (small olive green shower, small toilet, etc). As others mentioned, the sheets had a hard time staying on the corners of the beds. Other than that, it was clean and a place to put our heads. We did not swim in the hotel pools at all. It is very close to many big attractions in the Dells. We had a balcony room which was nice for drying towels after a long day at the water parks. They had free wi-fi and coffee - but no breakfast at all. Had a refrigerator and microwave which was nice. Not bad if you don't plan on hanging out in your room.

Hotel location, price, and front desk help was excellent. Room was not. Musty, old, and slightly dirty with beds as hard as a rock.

good value

We stayed in a King Loft room. It was very big, we had 4 people and we could have fit at least 2 more people in it. There is also a large balcony, so there is plenty of space. I had my expectations low due to a lot of other reviews I had read, but was very happy with the room when we got to the hotel. We didn't use the pools, but there are 4 of them on the property of good size. It is walking distance to good restaurants and a short drive to attractions and downtown. I would definitely stay here again, especially for the price and location.

This place is a dump

The first night there the air conditioning stopped working. The bed was so uncomfortable we hardly slept. The sheets did not fit the bed so as soon as you sat on it they came off. The paint was peeling off the ceilings.

Great Time

My family and I had a very nice time at the Mayflower the rooms were clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed all of the pools and the jacuzzi.

cheap, but so not worth it..

What's to say. Location is great. Literally, 3 minutes away from the main strip, a block away from Noah's Ark. Seems great, right? Well, not exactly. Rooms were not clean. 1) Room we stayed in was dirty, ceiling had some sort of splatter all over, wall was (literally) broken, there were candy wrappers around and behind the bed. 2) plastic covers were sliding off the mattress exposing it's state (disgusting.. not quite sure, but I think someone got sick on it), beds were incredibly uncomfortable, every day woke up with fresh addition to some "rash".. Google links such rash with bed bugs. 3) Housekeeping does not understand the concept of DND or come back later. They are trying to get in the room around 10 am (checkout is at 11), and keep knocking on the door till you open it (assuming, you locked it). 4) first night, when they changed the sheets, sheets were full of someone else's hair, and were stained. 5) electronics in the room - pathetic. broken fridge (broken handle, nearly cut my hand open pulling the door open the first time. MW over wasn't heating anything up. 6) Shower curtain was stained with rust.. and something else. Fan broke after 15 minutes of running it. i've lived all over Europe, so i've seen my share of lousy (h/m)otels, that one is one fo those. I wouldn't suggest anyone to stay there. Stay can be had for cheaper (based off rates they showed), and experience can be much better.

Good Budget Hotel

This is a good budget hotel. Especially for a family. 4 Pools, 2 Indoor and 2 Outdoor plus 2 kiddie pools. Picnic area and playground out back and just down the road from Noah's Ark and many Dells attractions.
