"This property's location is ideal if you want to be close to the Disney parks but away from the choas of the Disney parks. It is close to grocery store, restaurants, & shopping. The property does look like the photo's but it was filthy. The carpet was visibly dirty, walls & doors were stained, the couch was tattered, there was strains of hair all over, the main suit shower was rusted & had mold in it. Hot tub was absolutely disgusting. Complaint with photos were sent to the property manger with only an apology given no resolve. The property definitely needs to be updated. I will NEVER! stay here again nor do I recommend."

"Every single Staff member from front desk, bartender, housekeeping and staff at breakfast area in morning were wonderful and friendly. My wife and I loved the nice and friendly staff. We felt so welcomed. everything was so nice looking and clean from lobby to rooms, bathroom and all. Had a great experience there!!!!! Will be back!!!! Also Hotel is so close to everything!!!!!"

"We stayed here for a cheer competition and had a wonderful time. The kids loved the pool and slide. The small con is that the service is not the greatest."

"Facility is nice, especially the pool area. Love that there is a bar by the pool. However, when we checked in around 9:30pm on the first night of our stay, our room wasn’t ready yet. Extremely frustrating to not be able to check into your room so late in the night when check-in started at 4:30. I totally understand they’re busy, but not having a room ready 5 hours past the start of check-in is unacceptable. Otherwise, the stay was good."
