"If you're looking for kid-friendly hotel, look no further. Magic Moment Resort & Kids Club is truly a paradise for families looking to entertain their children. From the delicious buffet style breakfast, to the pool, bouncy castle, gamer zone, playground and football area, your child(ren) will definitely have a blast.
As a parent, I truly appreciate the cleanliness, convenience of the location, the staff's professionalism and the extremely comfortable bed (which is an absolute must after a long day at seaworld/disney/etc)
Needless to say, my son and I had a blast and we'll definitely be back."
"The location is perfect. Old town is right across the street. There are lots of different things for people to do regardless of age or interest. The accommodations in our unit were very clean and comfortable. I think people sometimes forget that these structures have been around For 20 years or so. So if you need to stay in the unit with updated furnishings and decorations then this may not be for you.
Everyone that we worked with at the resort was very helpful. If you are looking for the most banged for your bug, I really don’t see how you could beat this place."
"My family has stayed here many, many time and enjoy the room, location and the pool! But was disappointed when checking in this time. We have VIP perks and have gotten early check in whenever we have arrived before 4:00. This time the man at the desk was not friendly and said room not available period. I ask when he thought it might be and he was vary vague. I felt he didn’t want to help me out I even said can you please call or text me when the room is available. He never did when we returned later he was not there and another person was working. At this point a few hours had gone by and it was about 4:00. Women stated room still not available but then checked to see if any rooms were available and got us checked in. We also never received and text after check in to see how everything was, which is past stays we did. I just felt the customer service was lacking compared to previous stays. "
