"With this location, everything was within walking distance. We visited point Orlando right across the street so we didn’t have to pay for parking. The hotel does charge a $50 deposit which you have to have a card with a chip in it and your name on it and it’s $10 a day per car to park there but it is gated in there’s one way in and one way out. It’s very clean. The room was clean the restaurant downstairs. I would give a 7 out of 10. This will definitely be my go to spot when I come to Orlando from now on."
"The first valet, we gave him 5 bucks and said we were just dropping off luggage as we had to return car. He walked away. Then this young man came up and wow, impressive as he ran and grabbed a valet for hotel, explained they are full service and asked if we need help im the morning and told us those assistance services as well. Sold! In that one man alone. Customer service is everything and the other entitled older man, wasnt mean, just didnt help and took the tip he didnt even deserve. Shouldve went to the other valet that did assist. "
