"Had trouble getting toilet tissue, took more than 4 phone calls and 5 hours. Also never saw in Expedia’s description that one has to pay 30.00 per night to park at their resort!! Was floored as we were told at check in that is was 30.00 total and when we received our bill it was per night!! Stayed her for over 10 years and never paid a parking fee! Won’t go back. "

"My first time staying here and it wasn't that bad. Yes the room could use some upgrades but overall the resort was nice. There were 4 pools, hot tubs, gym, small game room, bbq area, basketball court, vollyball and tennis courts. There wasn't a phone in the room to call front desk. The tv remote wasnt working, the a/c want working properly all the time. Those were the pros and cons. Again it wasn't a bad experience just different then what I usually had from other resorts. "

"Nice pool area, hallways smelled musty or moldy. You have to pay $25 for parking and many times park no where near your room, marijuana smell throughout hotel that has kids everywhere. Requested towels from lobby that never showed up. Hotel would not recommend to travelers with kids "

"Everything was great "

"Room had a very funny smell and I let the front hose snow that the smell was bad and that it was coming from the stove. The stove light would not go off showing a hot surface so I was worried that something was going on with the stove, so we never used it. The door to my room had a crack in it so you could see outside of it in the mornings with the early light and bugs and critters could get in easily. Hot tub randomly turns on in the middle of the night for self cleaning around 12 to 1 o’clock in the morning. The space was amazing and I had a family of five but the customer service and taking care of the issues were ignored until I checked out."

"Check-in process was a breeze. The room was huge and beautiful! The pool was amazing as well. There were plenty of daily activities as well for the kids. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would stay again!"

"Definitely not worth it. Do not waste your money here. $10 parking fee + $25 resort fee to be aware of. Rude and unhelpful staff (apart from housekeepers, they were great!). Only one working elevator, so expect long waits. Breakfast was not very good for the wait. I would not stay here again. "
