"Checkin staff is always friendly... stay there every year."

"Great location for anyone visiting EPCOT, as you can choose between a water shuttle (a casual ~10-15 minute ride) or walking to EPCOT (about the same amount of time). Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet and the staff was great. Between the two twin hotels (Dolphin and Swan, about 100 yards apart) the amenities were very good. I would definitely stay there again for an EPCOT visit."

"The hotel is spacious great for family vacations and the price is excellent. I didn’t like the towels are. It changed daily but you have the option to do laundry for clean towels. I don’t like to do laundry on my vacation. "

"The room was clean and large. The bathroom was clean but very dated. The staff was wonderfully friendly and helpful. Unfortunately there were a group of men hanging out in the parking lot playing loud music and smoking weed. I was there as a single female and felt super uncomfortable walking in and out to my car. I did notice on the last day there was a security officer outside in the area so others must have complained. The rap music was loud outside your room if you had a ground floor. Clearly they were not following the no marijuana sign on the hotel door."
